Shipping Policy
Upon payment confirmation, all orders will be shipped out within 1 – 3 business days. Customers should receive their parcels within 2 – 5 days from the date of shipping. Orders can be tracked from the PosLaju website with the provided tracking number.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days after which, we can’t offer a refund or exchange past this date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in its original packaging. You will be required to produce a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
