Shipping Policy

Delivery Policy:
  1. Your orders will be processed on MondayWednesday and Friday. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 12.00pm (Malaysian Time). We will send out your order on the same day if we receive your payment information before 12.00pm.
  2. We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent orders, please make a note in your order form so we can try our best to carry a special arrangement for you.
  3. Haircrafter International Sdn Bhd reserves the right to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods.
  4. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number through your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised leadtime, please contact the courier company directly.
  5. If you have given us an undelivered address or contact number thus causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible for resending the parcel to you. You will have to bear the additional shipping costs for resending the parcel.
Receive Policy:
Please make sure that you did check your parcel and make sure that the parcel is not spoilt or broken before you sign received. We will not bear any responsibility once you have sign received. There will be always a risk in online shopping, this is due to this parcel are not sent directly to you by our hand. Really hope to get your understanding.   In case of the despatch not allowed you to check before sign, please make sure that the outer look of the parcel in good condition, if not, then request to check the parcel at their branch. Once parcel sign received, if you found out any loss or damages, please remember to contact the courier service branch on that day itself, and you have to go the branch to lodge a lost report. Do bring together with all the packing boxes and the spoilt item together. And please make sure you did email a copy of the report to us so that we can help you to follow up with them.

Refund Policy

Is something wrong with your purchase? No worries! We are happy to assist you as best as we can. Read on to know the details about our Returns and Refunds Policy.   Not satisfied with what you bought?   If the product that you received is not as expected or you changed your mind about it, we can reimburse the purchased price or exchange those products with another of our own products. All reimbursement and exchanges are subjected to our terms and conditions, and will be made at our own discretion. The Terms and Conditions are as follows:  
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase, subject to all other terms and conditions in this policy.
  • Item(s) must be unopen and the seal has to be intact.
  • Sale, clearance and second-hand items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using Pos Laju, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so please ensure that you post it back to us within the given time frame.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.   Oh no! You bought a damaged and faulty item?   Quality is our priority. If you have received an item that is damaged and faulty in terms of appearance and content of the product, we are happy to oblige you to a refund which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time (see Terms and Conditions above, item number one) with proof of purchase. However, shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.   We would also like to to apologise for the faulty item that you've received. We hope that this unpleasant experience will not deter you from shopping at our online store, vendors, stockists and agents in the future!
