If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it due to defects or incorrect order by our mistake, send us an email at [email protected] Once your submission had been received, we will reply you via email within the next 3 working days and you shall send the item back to our workshop by then. Exchanges/return will only be entertained after we have approved your request via email. We will not be responsible for any exchange packages received without approved exchange/return requests.
